Members of the River Valley Car Club of Big Rapids present a check for $1,000 to the local AMVETS Post 1941 for veterans relief fund.

The River Valley Car Club of Big Rapids participated in the 2021 Veterans Day parade in downtown Big Rapids.

After the parade the members of the club went to the local AMVETS Post 1941 for a check presentation of $1,000 to local veterans relief fund. The club will also be donating $300 each to five area charities: Angles of Action; Big Rapids Fire Department; Manna Pantry in Big
Rapids and Reed City; and WISE.
The local Car Club was able to make these donations with the support of local area sponsors like Meijers and many others, also the area classic and collector vehicle enthusiast who bring out their cars and the Club members that worked to support the 2021 Memorial weekend Car Show and the Mecosta County Visitors Bureau Car Fest car show.
