Atlanta-based Mammoth Holdings LLC, a conveyor car wash operator, has acquired Baton Rouge-based Ollie’s Car Wash, which operates three car washes in the Capital Region.
Ollie’s founders, Brady and Melissa Walton, each chose to invest a significant amount of their proceeds into Mammoth’s equity.
Mammoth is the eighth-largest car wash operator in the U.S. Gary Dennis, Mammoth’s co-founder and CEO, says the acquisition expands Mammoth’s presence along Interstate 10 and brings the company into the Baton Rouge market.
Mammoth’s portfolio includes Marc-1, Wash Me Fast, Swifty, Ultra, Finish Line, Wiggy Wash, Shine On, PitStop, Lulu’s, and now Ollie’s, among others. See the announcement.
