A 68-year-old man was fatally injured in Southeast Washington Friday in a head-on collision with a bus, the D.C. police said.
Gregory Holloway, of Northeast, was driving south in the 4200 block of Southern Avenue about 6:50 p.m. when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle, crossed the road into oncoming traffic and collided with a Metrobus, the police said.
He died at a hospital, they said.
No information was available on why the motorist lost control.
