CHESTER, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Police and rescue units are on the scene of a crash involving a school bus and an ambulance on I-95 northbound Wednesday morning.
Officials said the school bus was unoccupied and there are reported to be injuries to the ambulance crew.
