FITCHBURG, Wis. — No charges will be pursued after a car drove into a window at Fitchburg restaurant Wednesday morning.
According to Fitchburg police, a driver mistook their gas for the brake around 11:30 a.m. when it hit a window at Enrique’s Grill on Cahill Main.
Police said workers were inside the restaurant at the time, but nobody was injured.
Authorities also said there was no ticket for the driver, but an inspector is expected to come Wednesday to check the building.
