The Duluth Transit Authority announced the launch of its Better Bus Blueprint community survey earlier this week.
The survey and companion Better Bus Blueprint study are components of a larger umbrella of initiatives targeting system and operational improvements called the Better DTA Movement.
Other initial projects showcased on the DTA website include “Better Technology” and “Better Bus Stops” pages, outlining current and upcoming initiatives in those arenas, including new fare boxes and ticketing options.
“We encourage the public to visit our Better DTA pages, have their voices heard with the survey, and learn more about a number of exciting projects and improvements," spokesman Dave Clark said.
The DTA will be giving away three 31-day bus passes and several gift cards for local businesses to randomly selected survey participants.
"Our team has been working hard to get these exciting projects up and running, and we are very excited about the future of the DTA and what this will mean for our riders and community partners," General Manager Rod Fournier said.
The survey is available online at duluthtransit.com/home/better-dta/better-bus-blueprint.
