At about 12:30 p.m. Friday, police responded to the area of Madison and Hillgrove avenues, north of the railroad tracks, where a woman said, as she was walking along, she felt something from behind push on her purse, which she was carrying under her arm. She turned around and said she saw a teenager sticking out of the front passenger-side window of a vehicle up to his waist, with his outreached arms grabbing at her purse. She said the teenager saw her and instructed the driver to leave.
