NYC driver killed after crashing 'headlong' into MTA bus - New York Post

A 40-year-old man was killed when he drove “headlong” into an MTA bus, completely crushing his vehicle, on Staten Island, according to police and video. 

Mikhail Sukhitskiy of New Dorp Beach was driving his Subaru sedan west on Ebbitts Avenue when he hit the bus, which was coming from the opposite direction, around 10:20 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

According to police, a medical examiner will examine the body to discover the cause of death.

A MTA bus and a personal vehicle collided at the intersection. One victim was removed from the vehicle and rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
