In an ongoing effort to provide improved service during the COVID-19 pandemic while balancing Metro’s available resources, Metro will be adding and adjusting trips to select Metro Bus lines to provide better capacity beginning Monday, July 27.
WEEKDAYS
- Lines 18, 20, 33, 45, 51, 53, 55, 66, 108, 111, 152, 204, 224, 232, Metro Rapid Lines 720 and 754.
SATURDAYS
- Lines 28, 81, 180/181, and 260.
Most trip improvements will occur during the early morning hours as the current Sunday schedule opens later than a typical Monday-Friday schedule. These adjustments should create a more consistent level of capacity overall for customers.
New trip times will be available on Metro’s official Transit app, or the transit app of your choice, as well as posted to metro.net as they become available.
Metro continues to operate on an enhanced Sunday schedule for essential trips only. Be sure to wear a face covering at all times while riding Metro, and use the rear door when boarding and exiting the bus. Customers with disabilities should continue to board buses through the front door.
Staff will continue to monitor ridership and service levels to provide the best level of service within Metro’s available resources.
