BATTLE CREEK, MI – A 75-year-old man was critically injured Friday, Sept. 25, when he was run over by a car after he was robbed.
Battle Creek police said the victim was sitting in his parked car at a gas station at Capital Avenue SW and Goguac Street when he was robbed. When the robber got into a parked car, the victim got out and chased him on foot.
The victim grabbed the robber’s car and was dragged several feet before he let go and was run over by the vehicle, police said.
The robber was driving a white Lincoln.
