Car Rolls After Hitting Parked Vehicle in Frackville - Skook News

A man rolled his vehicle onto it's side after hitting a parked van in Frackville on Saturday morning.

Around 11:00am, emergency personnel were dispatched to the intersection of South Middle Street and East Laurel Street for a motor vehicle accident with rollover.

At the scene, Frackville Police Officer Anthony Kankowski said that driver reported that he was distracted and hit the parked van while traveling north on South Middle Street.  When his Pontiac G6 impacted the parked van, it rolled on it's  side.

The driver, who was not identified, was able to extricate himself from the vehicle before emergency personnel arrived and was not injured.

The driver was also found to be driving with a suspended license.

Assisting at the scene were the Goodwill Fire Company, Frackville BLS, Shenandoah ALS, West Mahanoy Township Police, and
