1:08 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call about a missing 16-year-old who had gone into the woods to help some strangers carry out a deer that had been shot but had not returned. Shortly after the call the 16-year-old was located.
2:53 p.m. Deputies responded to a report about a stolen Biden-Harris yard sign.
3:50 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers responded the report of some metal luggage carrying racks that were found near the Steamboat Springs Community Center. It was determined they belonged to Greyhound Lines.
5:45 p.m. Officers responded to the report of a lost wallet in the 1300 block of Morgan Court.
8:07p.m. Officers responded to the report of a vehicle that had its mirror knocked off while parked on Lincoln Avenue.
11:58 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue. They learned that the car was not stolen; rather the callers’ spouse had moved it in the parking lot.
Total Incidents: 47
•Steamboat officers responded to 18 cases that included calls for service and other officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
•Sheriff’s deputies responded to 19 cases that included calls for service and other officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
•Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters responded to three calls for service.
•Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters responded to seven calls for service.
