FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA 21) - Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a car in the parking lot of an auto repair shop.
It was around 11:30 Wednesday evening when police received a report about a possible shooting in the 7300 Block of Wayne Trace. Police say a tow truck driver noticed a car sitting in the parking lot behind Davis Auto and Truck Repair with its door open and a body inside.
When police arrived on scene, they found an unresponsive man inside the car. Officers contacted the business owners who told police the car was not there at the close of business last night.
Police say so far no witnesses have come forward and they haven't found any security cameras.
