A dispute on an RTD bus Wednesday night in Aurora led to a shooting, and police are looking for the assailant.

The shooting happened about 7:45 p.m., and the man hit by gunfire and the shooter fled the bus, police said. The incident happened on bus number 6191 near the intersection of East Mississippi Avenue and South Troy Street.
The man who was shot in the arm made his way to a hospital, police said. He declined to answer questions from the police about the shooting.
