7:00 p.m.
Dispatch records show reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian crash at 290 North Adams Street at 6:24 p.m.
Other leaders of the group claim Wagoner is OK, but was transported to RiverBend with unkown injuries.
Eye-witnesses say a white Subaru was driving toward the marcher's when it sped up toward the crowd.
Those witnesses said Wagoner tried to block the car from potentially hitting the children, but was struck before the driver sped off toward the Rivers Edge Townhomes.
"I'm completely disgusted," said Clea Ibrahim, a leader of Black Unity. "This is why the children were chanting 'kids for change', this is why the kids were chanting 'black lives matter', this is why they were chanting 'my little light I'm going to let it shine'."
Eugene Police and a KEZI reporter are on the scene.
The reporter on scene says police have taken a man into custody.
