BERLIN — Police have released photos of suspects in some overnight car break-ins.
Officers responded to the area of Blue Ridge Road around 4:50 a.m. Tuesday for a report of suspects in a dark dark-colored SUV attempting to break into vehicles.
Police released photos of the vehicle and suspects, including one wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a Puma logo on the back.
An officer also saw a person running in the area of Spicewood Lane toward a dark-colored SUV, possibly a Honda CRV. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, it drove around a police cruiser, over a curb, and toward the Brooke Meadow and Reservoir Road area, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Cyr at 860-828-7194 or tcyr@berlinpd.org.
