Drunken driver, Colorado Avenue

Police responded to the Mulligan’s Pub and Grille parking lot at 8:54 p.m. Sept. 15 for a suspect who had allegedly urinating on a car in the parking lot. The suspect’s SUV was found near the intersection of Detroit Road and Colorado Avenue and the driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired, weaving in traffic, and possession of marijuana and was released to a sober person.

Menacing, Recreation Lane

Police responded to a Speedway parking lot at 8:23 p.m. Sept. 14 for a fight between a woman and an “armed male.” The suspect’s car was located and the man was arrested on two counts of aggravated menacing.
